Under this plan, you or your organization will be notified of any Level 3 Sex Offender who resides or works within the jurisdiction of Randolph.  Currently this notification plan is for Level 3 Offenders only.  Information on Level 2 Sex Offenders can be viewed in person at the Randolph Police Department at any time.  If the notification laws change in the future, Level 2 Offender information may be sent out along with Level 3 Offender information.
