passed away peacefully on

January 23rd, 2010.

Frank was Randolph Police Officer

where he worked for 32 years

before retiring in 1982.

Frank was named the

Department's first Lieutenant in 1961,

and was acting Chief from 1979 - 1982.

 

Robert E. Nelson, 67,

 Retired from the Randolph Police Department, Bob was on the Randolph police force

for 27 years. Bob was a Safety

Officer & a Motorcycle Officer

for the Randolph Police Dept.
